• Union Station trains to Adams Street. Exit the station, and walk south to Canal between Jackson and Adams. Take the CTA #151 bus northbound to E. Ontario Street. Head north on N. • Northwestern Station trains to Madison Street. Exit the station, and walk south 2 blocks to Canal between Jackson and Adams. Take the CTA #151 bus northbound to E. Ontario Street. Head north on N. • Electric Line trains to Randolph Street. Exit the station, and walk west to Michigan Avenue. Take the CTA #151 bus northbound to E. Ontario Street. Head north on N. Michigan Avenue toward E. Ontario Street. Turn right onto E. Ontario Street. Cross over 3 streets, after N. McClurg Court 446 E. Ontario is the first building on the left.

Driving:

• From the south take the Dan Ryan Expressway (94W) north to Lake Shore Drive. Go north on Lake Shore Drive to Chicago Avenue. Turn left on Chicago Avenue to N. Lake Shore Drive. Turn right on N. Lake Shore Drive to E. Ontario Street. Turn right on E. Ontario Street. 446 E. Ontario will be on the left.
• From the north take the Edens Expressway (94E) south to the Kennedy Expressway (90E). Take the Kennedy Expressway (90E) south to Ohio Street. Go east on E. Ohio Street to N. Lake Shore Drive. Turn left on Lake Shore Drive to E. Ontario Street. Turn left on E. Ontario Street. 446 E. Ontario will be on the left.
• From the northwest take the Kennedy Expressway (90E) south to Ohio Street. Go east on E. Ohio Street to N. Lake Shore Drive. Turn left on Lake Shore Drive to E. Ontario Street. Turn left on E. Ontario Street. 446 E. Ontario will be on the left.
• From the west take the Eisenhower Expressway (290) east to Columbus Drive (one block east of Michigan Avenue). Turn left on Columbus Drive (becomes Fairbanks Court) to E. Ohio Street. Turn right on E. Ohio Street to N. Lake Shore Drive. Turn left on Lake Shore Drive to E. Ontario Street. Turn Left on to E. Ontario Street. 446 E. Ontario Street will be on the left.
• From the southwest take the Stevenson Expressway (55) east to Lake Shore Drive. Go north on Lake Shore Drive to Chicago Avenue. Turn left on Chicago Avenue to N. Lake Shore Drive. Turn right on N. Lake Shore Drive to E. Ontario Street. Turn right on E. Ontario Street. 446 E. Ontario will be on the left.

Discounted Parking:

• The Onterie Building parking garage is located at 441 E. Erie which is located between McClug Court and Inner Lake Shore Drive. Upon entering the garage, a ticket will be issued to you. Please present this ticket to the front desk for validation.
• Other discounted parking is available at the W-Hotel which is located on the corner of Ontario and Inner Lake Shore Drive. This is valet parking. The valet will give you a blue ticket. Be sure to inform them that you are here for an appointment with the department.
• The Northwestern Memorial Hospital parking garage is located at the corner of Huron and St. Clair Streets. You may enter this lot from either Huron or Superior Street.   Again, the ticket will need to be validated by our front desk.
