Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship
The Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry offers children and their families specialized and experienced pediatric mental health professionals. With more than 50 years of service in pediatric mental health, we are staffed like no other hospital or medical center in the area, striving to help kids lead happier and healthier lives. Clinicians in the department provide state-of-the-art psychiatric and psychological services, education, and advocacy.
The department’s mission includes providing national leadership in the education of mental health care professionals and advancing knowledge through research. Children of all ages, and from every socioeconomic background, are treated for a wide variety of problems including adjustment disorders, emotional problems related to pediatric disorders, psychoses, mood disorders, anxiety, developmental delays, behavior disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and learning disabilities.
