Resident Retreat
Each Spring the residents hold a retreat – a full day of collaboration and fun, resident-planned, program-sponsored. Residents usually like to choose a collaborative team-building activity, such as team cooking at Chicago’s “Chopping Block” or art therapy, followed by something that’s pure fun (bowling, dancing on a boat tour of the Chicago River, karaoke singing). It’s a great time for getting to know each other better, boosting morale, and just letting loose.
